Recording Complaints

All complaints are logged and recorded so we can keep track of the types of problems our clients face, find the best way to resolve them and record how long it took to deal with them.

What if I am unhappy with the outcome?

We hope that, if you have a problem, you will use our practice complaints procedure as above. We believe this will give us the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong. We view this as an opportunity to hear your feedback and make improvements if appropriate.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our investigation, you are welcome to approach external bodies such as the Veterinary Client Mediation Service ( or the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (
